THE NEW DESSERT
[ FOOD DESIGN ]
Die Vier (engl.: “the four” ) is a new dessert concept, integrating cheese and marmalade into a ready made dessert set with different flavours. Each piece (Heidrun, Erika, Elsbeth and Hildgard) consists of a special recipe connecting one specific type of cheese with matching marmalade and spices in order to generate an entire new taste experience. Hence, special effects like liquid drops, sugar threads and rustling effect have been integrated, as well.
This product has been developed exclusively for the German company Dr. Quendt KG.
